Project MKULTRA

Project MKULTRA, or MK-ULTRA was the code name for a secret program of a human experiment outlaws led by the Office of Scientific Intelligence, CIA official program s.Ky Sh.BA States government began m 1950 and continued at least until late 1960, using U.S. and Canadian citizens as subject of their tests.
