A meaningful story

A man sat at the metro station in Washington DC and started to play the violin. It was a cold January night. He played music by Bach part 6 for about 45 minutes. During that time, since it was working day was estimated that 1100 people went to the train station, much to their works.
3 minutes passed and a middle aged man noticed musician, slows the pace, stayed a few moments to listen and rushed back into his path.
1 minute later, the musician took his first dollar, a woman threw a dollar at his feet and continued without stopping its path.
Some Minta later a man was supported against the wall and calmly began to hear but then looked at his watch and left again. It was realized that he was late for his work.
He was paid more attention was a 3 year old boy. His mother moved the boy several times but stopped for the first violinist. In the end his mother strongly attracted by the hand and the boy began to walk turning his head upon constantly.
During 45 minutes, only 6 people stopped and stayed for several moments. Gave 20 dollars but continued to walk without standing any moment. He collected $ 32. When he finished playing, there was silence and nobody noticed, nobody applauded and nobody knew.
Nobody knew, violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the most talented musicians in the world and had just played the violin one of its parts with complex musical worth 3.5 million dollars. Two days had to be played in the subway, Joshua bBell preformoi in theater in Boston where a normal seat was sold for about 100 dollars.
This is a true story, Joshua Bell playing the violin in the subway was organized by the Washington Post and was part of a social experiment about tastes, perceptions and priorities of people. Placement was in a complicated field and in an hour inconvenient. Do you perceive beauty? A halt to vote on it? Do you appreciate the talent in an unexpected context?
One of the possible conclusions of this experiment could be: If you do not have a moment to stop and heard one of the best musicians in the world playing the best music written ndonjerere as other things we lose? Thanks for alternative views on this post!
